Taiji might tbe the best known Chinese martial art, and most definitely one of the best ways for preserving health.
Its system requires a specific breathing technique, during which you harmonise your breathing with your movement. It improves your physical coordination, creating a bridge between your mind and body. Continuous practise ensures physical endurance and thus disease prevention, leading to a longer life. It could be especially beneficial if your job requires menial tasks, but it is also good for everyday physical tasks.
